Delivery & returns
We ship from the United Kingdom!
Domestic orders in the UK will arrive in 2-4 business days once dispatched.
International orders will arrive in 1-3 weeks once dispatched, but can take up to 30 days to arrive. Orders to closer countries such as countries in Europe will arrive quicker.
Shipping Cost
Shipping price depends on the size of the items in the order, which fall under two categories, big & small. The size category can be found at the bottom of the description for each item. The delivery cost will be based on the largest item in the order.
For example, if you have 1 big item and 1 small item, you will be charged the big item shipping fee. If you have multiple small items in your order, you will only pay the small shipping fee once.
Returns Policy
You can return unopened and unused products up to 30 days after receiving them. We hope your love our PeepoParadise products, but if you are in any way unsatisfied,
please use our CONTACT US page to initiate a return.
Once we have received your products, your payment will be refunded.
Cancellations
If you placed an order and changed your mind, CONTACT US right away before it is dispatched. We will cancel and fully refund your order. Unfortunately we cannot cancel orders that have already been dispatched.
